Mixergy & monoGiggle got SERP spammed

Andrew Warner of Mixergy recently tweeted about how he uses duckduckgo.com per @spreasong's recommendedation. So I figured I'll see how my monogiggle.com stands on the search engine result. When I entered it, I saw something interesting. One of the results was pointing to a Mixergy interview that I help setup with an interesting twist. "Buy Prozac" was added to the title, which got me to investigate further.

Typing "monogiggle mixergy" showed me Prozac reference on same search result on all popular search engines. Google, Bing and Yahoo.

I figured I'll check with a "community" search engine such as AOL. Same result.

Decided to take it a step further and check out some old school search engines. Yet again, same thing.

The question is; how is this possible? Recent post by Michael Dorausch covered Google Map Spamming. Seems spammers have been able to achieve the same with basic search results too. I wonder why Google hasn't taken care of this. It doesn't look good.

For the examples above, anyone not familiar with Mixergy, might think twice before clicking the link. It's almost funny how my site, monoGiggle, has also fallen victim to this spam. If you know of a way of how we can have Google correct this, would appreciate your input.

For the record, Mixergy.com and monoGiggle.com are a legit sites.

Just saw this on your site.

I thought I got rid of this virus. I don't know what to do next, but I'll try asking some people.
